Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes. You can store your luggage before you check-in and after you check-out for FREE. You can also store your luggage for a longer stay for an additional fee.

Is there an age limit?

Yes we only accept guests who are 18-years old and older.

Policies

Please note:
• All cancellations and modifications must be done by 2 PM, two days before the date of arrival. Cancellations and modifications can ONLY be done via E-MAIL at reservations@sobe-hostel.com. Failure to cancel or modify within the appropriate time will result in a late cancellation fee of 1 night + tax.
• In case of "No Show" the total of one night for the entire group will be charged.
• We will do our best to place groups in the same room but this is not a guaranteed service.
• ALL guest checking in the hostel must be over the age of 18.
• SoBe Hostel & Bar is a travelers only hostel (proof of traveling may be requested)
• Taxes are not included in quoted prices.
• No cash refund, Credit Card only.

HOW DOES THE FREE SHUTTLE WORK?

The shuttle picks up at the Miami International Airport 4 times a day. The times are; 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 7:30 PM. Be at Terminal J door 28 on time with a paper or electronic copy of your reservation and the driver will be there to pick you up. Be aware that the shuttle is subject to change without notice.

DO YOU HAVE A SHUTTLE FROM THE HOSTEL TO THE AIRPORT?

We have a paid shuttle going to the airport 4 times a day. The times are; 7:30 AM, 11 AM, 3 PM, and 6 PM. You can make the reservation once you arrived at the hostel.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept cash, credit, debit, and travelers checks.

HOW DO I GET THERE FROM MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?

  • Public Transportation- Take bus 150 (cost is $2.65) until you reach 2nd and Washington right across from the Hostel.
  • Private Shuttle- Go shuttle or Super Shuttle (cost is $21 per person) and it will drop you off at the door f the hostel.
  • Taxi- The price for a taxi should be between $30-$35.

HOW DO I GET THERE FROM FORT LAUDERDALE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?

  • Public Transportation-take bus 1 to Aventura mall where you will switch to bus 120 until you reach 5th and Washington. Walk south down Washington until you reach the hostel on 2nd and Washington Ave.
  • Private Shuttle- Go shuttle or Super Shuttle (cost is $21 per person) and it will drop you off at the door f the hostel.
  • Taxi- The price for a taxi should be between $70-$80.

We work with all major tour companies in Miami. We can help you book all major attractions in Miami at a discounted price. Wait until you arrive at the hostel and our knowledgeable front desk agents will be able to assist you.
